  • 2023-2024 Registration

    The 2023-2024 registration process will open Monday, March 13, 2023 at 5:00 pm on the Aeries Portal. Enrollments for 2023-2024 entered prior to March 13, 2023 at 5:00 pm will be deleted.

    TK/Kindergarten Registration

    TK for the 2023-2024 school will all be located at the Tom Hawkins Elementary School site and will be a half-day program.

    TK/Kindergarten priority enrollment will take place from March 13, 2023 at 5:00 pm until Friday March 17, 2023 at midnight. Registration packets will be time and date stamped, and placed in the order in which they are received. If any of the items listed below are missing, the registration will be returned until complete. For priority registration, students must reside in the JESD by March 17, 2023. All registrations need to be completed online on the Aeries portal. TK/K parents will receive a letter by the end of June from the school where they have been placed.

    Note:     TK birth dates between September 2, 2018 and April 2, 2019  will only be accepted
                    Kindergarten age is eligible for 2023-2024 if they are age 5 prior to September 1, 2023

    Regular Registration

    ALL 1ST-8TH grade registration packets will be time and date stamped, and placed in the order in which they are received. If any of the items listed below are missing, the registration will be returned until complete. All registrations need to be completed online on the Aeries portal.

  • Two Jefferson School Students to Compete in the State Spelling Bee
     
    Students in fourth through sixth grade from across the county competed in the 25th Annual San Joaquin County Spelling Bee Championship at the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) on Monday, December 5 and the Junior High Division was held on Wednesday, December 7.
     
    Praneet Kumaravel (6th grade) earned 1st place in the 4th-6th division.

    Pranvi Rikkamalle (7th grade) earned 2nd place in the 7th-9th division.

    They both represented Jefferson School District and Jefferson School very well. Both students will move on to participate in the California State Spelling Bee Championship, scheduled on May 13, 2023, at the San Joaquin County Office of Education.
