Public Hearing: By-Trustee Area Voting
Jefferson Elementary School District
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Board of Trustees of the Jefferson Elementary School District adopted a resolution declaring their intent to transition to by-division elections, and the Board will hold public hearings on the following date(s):
First Meeting: Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 4:00 pm
Second Meeting: Monday, November 20, 2023 at 4:00 pm
Third Meeting, November 30, 2023 at 6:00 pm
Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 6:30 pm
The meetings will be held in the board room at 1219 Whispering Wind, Dr., Tracy, CA 95377.
At the first and second public hearings the public is invited to provide input regarding the composition of the districts. Following the second public hearing, draft maps of potential Board Member election district boundaries will be published on or before November 23, 2023, for consideration and public input at the third and fourth public hearings. At the November 30 and December 12 hearings the public is invited to provide input regarding the content of the draft maps and the proposed sequence of elections
