Free or Reduced-Cost Bus Pass Information
If you are applying for free or reduced-cost school transportation for the 2025–2026 school year, please follow the steps below carefully to help ensure your application is processed without delay.
How to Apply

Submit the 2025–2026 Bus Pass Application.
Fill out and submit the official Bus Pass Application for the new school year. -
Complete the Reduced-Cost Program Application.
If you are applying for free or reduced-cost transportation, complete the Reduced-Cost Program Application opens in a new window. -
Wait for application approval.
Once both applications are submitted, Transportation will review and notify you if your request has been approved. -
Make a payment, if approved for reduced fare.
If you are approved and qualify for reduced-cost busing, Transportation will send you a link to complete your payment online. -
Pick up your bus pass.
Once processing is complete, you will be notified to pick up your bus pass at the Transportation Office.
Payment Note
We do not accept checks, credit card forms, or in-person payments. Payment must be completed using the provided link.
