Donations

Completion of the Donation Form is required before the district can consider a proposed donation to the Jefferson Elementary School District.

The form must be completed in full and submitted to the Chief Business Officer before the district receives any donated goods, services, or monetary donations of $1,000 or more.

Board of Education approval is required for donations of $5,000 or more.
