AB 2534/SB 848 Inquiries

In compliance with AB 2534 and SB 848, Jefferson Elementary School District provides dedicated verification tracks for other educational institutions to inquire about "egregious misconduct" involving past employees. To streamline this process and ensure legal accuracy, the district separates these requests into two categories: Certificated Inquiries and Classified Inquiries.
