Immunizations
School Immunization Information
Immunizations help protect students and school communities from vaccine-preventable diseases. California schools follow state immunization requirements for student attendance.
If you have questions about your child’s immunization records, school requirements, or medical documentation, please contact your child’s school office and the Health Office.
What families should do
- Review your child’s immunization records and keep copies for your records.
- Submit required immunization documentation to the school office before the start of school or as requested.
- Contact your healthcare provider if your child needs immunizations, updated records, or medical guidance related to school requirements.
- If your child has a medical condition that may require medication or a health plan at school, visit the Forms page.
